Testimonials

Working with Joe Cilli has been one of the highlights of my career. Together, we teamed up to produce educational videos and online coursework. During our collaboration, I learned a tremendous amount about how learning can be augmented by video and animation. In addition to being knowledgeable about LMS development and educational content production, Joe excels in his ability to stay up to speed with today’s rapidly advancing educational technologies.

Cynthia Seymour – District Director, City of Miami

Joe is a true education evangelist. I have worked with him for over seven years and he has always demonstrated a level of professionalism, insightful and innovative spirit that is contagious. He has been a great partner in moving distance education forward at FIU. Joe Cilli is a great asset to any organization he works with.

Joseph Riquelme – Vice Provost, American University

Joe Cilli has served as the Director of Technology within the Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management since 2003 and as the Director of Distance Learning since 2011. In this latter capacity he has accomplished three major milestones. First, he has designed and implemented a learning objects laboratory that is an integral part of our online learning platform; second, he has successfully launched the School’s Executive Master’s online degree program; and third, Joe devised the Chaplin School’s faculty development program which prepares faculty to pedagogical elements surrounding online environments. He is highly regarded by FIU for his efforts and his approaches to online learning…of which many are being adopted by other academic units within FIU.

Randall Upchurch – Director, School of Resort & Hospitality Management, Florida Gulf Coast University

Joe has a wide range of experience including operations, management, administrative functions, marketing, verbal and written communication skills, financial acumen, and is one of the most multi-tasked individuals I know. He is always looking for ways to further his education, finds the time to work more than 40 hours a week, travel on business-related activities, raise a family and volunteer his time to his children’s school, and local sports programs. Joe is an intelligent, self-motivated individual, who is responsible, dependable, and trustworthy. He is the perfect candidate for the position. He has a high standard of values, and is willing to learn and grow. He is a loyal employee, friend, and truly exemplary individual.

Jack McLaughlin – Deputy Executive Director, American Welding Society

Joe is a dedicated and knowledgeable individual with a knack for problem-solving. He is innovative, creative and well-versed in the latest technology. He also has outstanding personal characteristics and is very family-oriented.

Frank DeLaurier – Executive Director, The Melissa Institute

I have known Mr. Cilli for well over a decade now and throughout of my service years provided to FIU, he has been nothing short of outstanding and pleasant to work with. Our projects included video and audio conferencing installations, distance learning, streaming, capturing, digital signage distribution and setup of interactive audio visual classrooms. Mr. Cilli was instrumental to the support of each and every project by providing all of the necessary LAN infrastructure and guidance of how the spaces will be used and utilized. He has a vault of knowledge when it comes to best practices of video and audio conferencing and distance learning and his expertise was always highly regarded and respected among his colleagues as well as professional integrator staff of AVI-SPL. Joe Cilli is an extremely capable hard working professional with the highest work ethic, which are hard to come by nowadays and because of these facts, I highly recommend him to any organization looking for the top notch expert that he is.
